Homemade flour tortilla chips are dusted with cinnamon and sugar then topped with French vanilla ice cream, roasted apples and homemade Guinness caramel sauce.

A layer each of cream dark chocolate and white chocolate mousse between three layers of white and dark chocolate marble cake.  Topped with a dark chocolate ganache swirled with white chocolate.
